In your first session, we’ll examine the change you want to make and the objectives you have set for yourself, and help you to complete a self-assessment from Progress for Providers. In each subsequent session, we’ll work together on action planning and problem solving; you’ll receive support, and we’ll guide you through a range of resources to help you be successful. Each one-to-one package also includes e-learning for that topic, as well as a supporting resource book.
