Preparing for Adulthood Reviews

This course introduces the Preparing for Adulthood (PfA) Review, which is designed to transfer existing SEN statements and LDAs into EHC plans or create new EHC plans.
The course should take you 2 hours, and at the end of this, you should know how to facilitate a Preparing for Adulthood Review.
This course will look at:
- An introduction to Preparing for Adulthood Reviews
- Gathering information
- Getting ready for a Preparing for Adulthood Review
- Finalising and reviewing an EHC plan
- Developing outcomes
