Person-centred Thinking for SENCOs

In busy schools, it is often difficult to release staff for training; this e-learning package enables SENCOs to learn at their own pace and at the times that suit them best. It gives an opportunity to revisit the tools and to explore how they can be applied. With a mix of film, audio and text, it is an engaging way to learn about this approach and shares practical tools to use in schools.
Person-centred practices can make a big difference to school life – for pupils, families and school staff. The person-centred thinking tools explored in this e-learning package can support SENCOs to deliver the graduated approach to pupils with a special educational need or disability, and provide information and processes to support the development of Education, Health and Care Plans.
